If you drive a lot or sit at a desk for a prolonged period of time on a daily basis, you have probably suffered from low back pain, hip pain, or even tailbone pain. Lot of the times, this is due to the way the seat you are sitting on is constructed. Even if you are sitting upright and with good posture, if the angle of the car or desk seat is at an off angle, you will eventually have pain.
